This month preschoolers are learning that a joyful heart is good medicine. This week they see this when they learn about joy in the Psalms. We can look at the world and all of the amazing things God made and celebrate all that God has done.

Lead Their Growth: While on the go, sing your favorite preschool praise song together. Talk about how we can have joy all the time, and one way to show our joy is singing to God!

June W4: We can hear God’s voice when we ask, listen, and respond!

Bible Story:  1 Samuel 3 (God calls to Samuel when he was just a boy)

Main Point: We can hear God’s voice when we ask, listen, and respond!

Monthly Verse: “Don’t worry about anything.  No matter what happens, tell God about everything. Ask and pray, and give thanks to him.”- Phil. 4:6 NIRV

Key Question: Ask, “What is something you want to ask God?” Remind your child that we can ask God to show us how we can share His love, to remind us how He sees us, and more! Consider asking God a question like that with your child, and discussing how God may be answering that question.
