PRESCHOOL

February 23rd

This month, we get to tell preschoolers that Jesus loves them. Jesus loves their family. Jesus loves their friends. Jesus loves everyone! This week they see this when they learn about how all twelve of Jesus’ disciples’ lives testify that no matter where you are from or what you have done, Jesus loves you because Jesus loves everyone.

Lead Their Growth: Cuddle with your child and pray: “Dear God, we pray that everyone will follow Jesus, like [name of neighbor/community member]. We know Jesus wants them to follow Him because Jesus wants everyone to follow Him.”

Jesus is the beginning and the end! 

Bible Story: Revelation 21-22 (John has a vision about when Jesus will bring His kingdom to earth. Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, and He reigns forever!)

Main Point: Jesus is the beginning and the end!

Key Verse:  “I am the light of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in darkness. They will have that light. They will have life.” —John 8:12

Lead their Growth: Ask, “What do you think things will be like when Jesus comes back in the end?” Consider making art pieces that depict your family’s answers!
