PRESCHOOL
July 6th
This month, we want our preschoolers to learn that “I can do what Jesus says” because He gave us very clear instructions on what to do, and then gave us the gift of His Holy Spirit to guide us and help us do it. This week the preschoolers will see this when Jesus forgave Peter for denying Him three times. Jesus asks us to forgive one another and then He shows us how to do it.
Lead Their Growth: Cuddle with your child and pray: “Dear God, [child’s name] and I want to thank You for sending Jesus to show us that we are forgiven. Like Peter, sometimes we make the wrong choice. It’s so good to know that we can always talk to Jesus about it, and Jesus still loves us and forgives us.”

God wants us to worship with our whole selves!
Bible Story: Deuteronomy 6 (Moses reminds the Israelites of God’s good instructions as they enter their new land. They are to love God with all their heart, soul, and strength, worshiping Him with their whole selves.)
Main Point: God wants us to worship with our whole selves!
Key Verse: “Worship the LORD with gladness. Come to him with songs of joy.” —Psalm 100:2
Lead their Growth: Ask, “Why do you think God wants us to worship Him with our whole selves?” As you head to school, soccer practice, friend’s houses, or other errands this week, consider asking your kids, “How can we worship God at this place we’re headed to?”
